A Little About Us

Sausage Crafters NW is a family-owned business located in the PNW in Veradale, Washington.

Our sausages come in a variety of flavors from around the world. None of our sausages are copies from other brands, but are unique to our family. Some of our flavors are handed down from Tim’s Great Grandfather, who was a Butcher in Poland; other flavors are recipes Tim has developed over the years. We want to share these flavors with others.

What makes us different from store-bought or standard butchers?

We vacuum-seal and freeze our sausages so they can be taken home and cooked anytime. This process allows you to keep the sausage for up to 6 months without losing flavors or quality. We use all USDA approved products such as Beef, Pork , Lamb and Chicken and other ingredients.

Our Offerings

Year Round

We have 6 standard flavors we offer on a regular basis. A Breakfast that comes Mild or with some heat, a Bratwurst, an English Banger, a German, an Italian and a Polish.

Our sausage comes Cased or Uncased. Some of our sausage is smoked standard, but can be requested fresh and un-smoked, so you can do that yourself if you prefer.

Special Orders

Some of our additional flavors are offered in the Special Order Section and the Seasonal Section.

Seasonal flavors are flavors we will offer on a rotating basis based on the time of year, and we will update our website.

Special orders are any of the flavors we offer, but in quantities over 35lbs or packaged in a different way, and can be ordered anytime of the year.

For Example

You may want 40lbs of the Greek Loukaniko, uncased and in 5lb packages, fresh. Special orders are great for events, weddings, parties, large picnics, catered business events, etc.

Note: Special orders/requests take time based on the request. Once we finalize what you want we can give you a time line for production and cost.
